The city of Toronto is host to the world’s leading public film festival, which presents the most compelling films from around the world. Each year Toronto International Film Festival welcomes filmmakers, industry professionals, international media and film lovers to experience the best in new cinema from established masters to discovered talents. TIFF also serves as a launching pad for excellent Canadian films and the year’s most nominated films. Each year, TIFF welcomes nearly 500 stars and special guests.
